1. Operator

These terms govern the use of the Falcon Squash Club website (falconsquash.com), mobile application, and club services, operated by شركة دارة التوفيق التجارية (Darat Al-toufiq Commercial Company), CR No. 7043427595, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, licensed to use the registered trademark Falcon Squash Club ("the Club", "we").

2. Website and information

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website or application for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of any information or materials is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website or application meet your specific requirements.

3. Intellectual property

This website and application contain material owned by or licensed to us, including but not limited to the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms. All trademarks reproduced which are not the property of, or licensed to, the operator are acknowledged. Unauthorized use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense. You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without Falcon Squash Club's prior written consent. From time to time, links to other websites may be provided for convenience; they do not signify endorsement and we have no responsibility for their content.

4. Accounts and eligibility

Account holders must be at least 18 years old. Minors may not hold their own accounts; however, a parent or legal guardian may register juniors under the guardian's own account for the Junior Academy and related services, and is responsible for the juniors' participation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. Bookings, cancellations and credits

1. Free cancellation window. Court bookings and coach sessions may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time; group program sessions (e.g. Social Night, Ladies Only) up to 6 hours before. Cancellations may be made in the app, by phone, or at reception.
2. Credit instead of refund. When a paid booking is cancelled within the free window, the Club does not refund the payment to your card. Instead, the service is credited back to your account (one court hour, one coaching session, or one program session, as applicable). Credits appear under "My Packages" in the app, marked Credit.
3. Credit validity. Credits are valid for one (1) month from the date of issue, are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Unused credits expire automatically.
4. Sessions booked from a package. Cancelling within the free window returns the session or hour to your existing package; the package's own expiry date continues to apply.
5. Late cancellations and no-shows. Cancellations after the free window, and failures to attend, forfeit the booked hour or session. No credit or refund is issued.
6. Club-initiated cancellations. If the Club cancels your booking (including coach unavailability or facility closure), you may choose between (a) a credit as described above, or (b) a full refund of the amount paid to the original payment method. Card refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
7. Rescheduling. Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge before the free-cancellation window closes.

6. Packages and validity

Packages (court hours, coaching sessions, program sessions, academy enrollments) are valid for the period stated at purchase and shown in the app. Expired, unused sessions are forfeited without refund or credit. Packages are personal and non-transferable unless the package type expressly provides otherwise (e.g. duo sessions).

7. Pricing and offers

Prices and promotional offers are displayed in the app and may change from time to time. The price shown at the time of your booking or purchase is the price that applies. Promotional prices apply only during the promotion period.

8. Tournaments

Tournament entry requires payment of the published entry fee. Entry fees are non-refundable once registration closes or the draw is published, unless the Club cancels the tournament, in which case you may choose a credit or a full refund. By entering, you consent to your name appearing in the entry list, draws, schedules and results visible to other members.

9. Ladies-only services

Certain sessions and the private-court option are reserved for female members. The Club may verify eligibility and may decline bookings that do not meet the stated eligibility of a session or service.

10. Club rules and conduct

Use of the facilities is subject to the Club's posted rules (including safety and dress guidelines). The Club may refuse, suspend or terminate access to services or accounts in cases of misuse, abusive behavior, or breach of these terms.

11. Payments

Payments are made by card or Apple Pay and are processed by our licensed payment provider (Geidea) via a secured connection; details you submit are provided directly to the payment provider. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and of the merchant's policies and rules. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement. Falconsquash.com will not deal or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.

12. Governing law

Your use of this website, the application and the Club's services, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
